Mr. Lin has a diversified practice litigating on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil and criminal matters. He has experience on a variety cases including commercial disputes, internal company investigations, white collar criminal defense, and regulatory inquiries. Prior to joining DeHeng Chen, he was an associate in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP, where he practiced complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Lin also remains involved in the representation of community and pro bono clients. He has served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, routinely represents clients seeking political asylum in U.S. Immigration Court, and works on voter protection programs on behalf of the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund.
Mr. Lin is conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
