Wes Paul has practiced law since 1996, concentrating in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law, particularly for emerging growth companies. Paul has been previously associated with Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen, P.C. and Morrison Cohen Singer & Weinstein, LLP where he developed financing expertise through his representation of traditional lenders, asset based lenders and private equity funds. Paul is also experienced in representing public and private technology companies and negotiating licensing and other intellectual property transfers or dispositions.
