Mr. Chris Kim, a member of the New York State Bar and the American Bar, is a versatile corporate finance and M&A attorney and executive with 15 years of international experience in the capital markets. After graduating from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1991, he has held Attorney, Chairman, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer positions in various law firms including Pennie & Edmonds, New York, companies and investment banks including Banque America Corp. He also has extensive international experience that has involved transactions on behalf of companies in Asia, Europe as well as North America including, but not limited to, Wal-Mart, IBM, Sony, Toyota, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Lotte.

Mr. Kim has overseen the international finance and M&A section at law firms where he has advised on the most appropriate acquisition structure among statutory mergers, forward mergers, reverse mergers, triangular mergers, reverse triangular mergers, stock acquisitions, asset purchases, tender offers and management takeovers. He has prepared SEC required documents, including initial registration statements, annual prospectus updates and proxy statements for retail and institutional mutual funds and has provided general legal advice to business units supporting real estate fund, hedge fund, mutual fund and investment management businesses.

Mr. Kim also has a background in real estate law, including commercial mall, casino, hotel and condominium development and syndication, administrative and real property tax law, zoning and land-use planning and real estate financing.
