Mr. Tuan is a managing partner of Yi Tuan & Brunstein and in charge of the corporate group of the firm. Mr. Tuan has represented many US and foreign banks in numerous large commercial loan, foreign airlines as lessees in connection with sale/leaseback of aircrafts, and foreign financial institutions as lessors in connection with the sale/leaseback of aircrafts to lessees. Mr. Tuan has been a corporate attorney for more than twelve years.
