Mr. Wang is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, international capital markets and foreign direct investment. He has represented both investors and entrepreneurs in private equity and venture capital transactions. Also, he represented clients on a variety of public and private offerings of common stock, preferred stock, convertible securities and debt securities. Mr. Wang has been previously associated with Sidley Austin, LLP in Chicago where he worked as a member of its corporate and securities group.

Since 2002, Mr. Wang has been a visiting professor at BiMBA of China Center for Economic Research at Peking University. From 2002 through 2003, he was a visiting scholar at Peking University, School of Law. He teaches both U.S. and Chinese business laws at Peking University.
