Admitted to the bar of New York; LL.B. degree, in 1999 from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade; LL.M., Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law in 2000.

Before entering the private practice of law in New York, Mr. Xie served as a Judicial Intern in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Xie concentrates in corporation, intellectual property and international trade matters.

Mr. Xie also graduated with a M.S. degree in Computer Science from Pace University in 2003.
