Admitted to the bar of New York; B.A. degree, in 1985 from New York University; J.D. in 1989, with high honors, from the George Washington University Law School, where he was the Managing Editor of the George Washington Journal of International Law of Economics from 1988 through 1989.

Mr. Dauber has practiced law since 1990, concentrating in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and SEC compliance.
