Between October, 10 2003 and October, 13 2003 Mr. Xiaomin Chen, Managing Partner of DeHeng Chen Chan, was invited to attend the first World Wenzhounese Conference. During the conference, Mr Chen presented a seminar regarding U.S. anti-dumping laws and other trade regulations. Over 500 corporate executives, lawyers and government officials attended the seminar. This event was sponsored by the Wenzhou City government.
