Mr. Xiaomin Chen, the Managing Partner of DeHeng Chen Chan, LLC, recently has been selected as an arbitrator of CIETAC, the most reputable commercial arbitration organization in China. CIETAC was originally founded in 1956 and has its headquarters in Beijing with two sub-commissions in Shenzhen and Shanghai. After more than four decades of unremitting and pioneering efforts to improve its service, CIETAC enjoys a wide reputation domestically and internationally for its independence, impartiality, efficiency and expeditiousness in handling cases, and has become one of the major commercial arbitration institutions in the world. Currently, CIETAC has 518 arbitrators listed in the Panel, including 344 domestic arbitrators and 174 arbitrators of foreign nationalities or from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
