DeHeng Chan Chan is proudly selected as a co-sponsor by China Institute for its Intellectual Property Program schedule to be held in Washington D.C. on June 23, 2005. China Institute in America, the most prominent educational and cultural institution in this country dedicated to promote the cultural appreciation of traditional and contemporary Chinese civilization since 1926, announced today that DeHeng Chen Chan had been selected as a co-sponsor for its long anticipated program on Intellectual Property Rights and Piracy in China. Dr. Albert-Wai Kit Chan, senior partner of DeHeng Chen Chan and a veteran advocate of Intellectual Property Rights with expertise in biotechnology patents, has been invited to sit in on the program panel to deliver opinions from both a Chinese and U.S. prospective. Co-sponsors of this program, among others, include Georgetown University, School of Law and Baker & McKenzie, LLC.
