August 8, 2005---Along with DeHeng’s Beijing Office, DeHeng Chen Chan, LLC (“DCC”) has been retained by seven Chinese flooring manufacturers currently being investigated by the U.S. International Trade Commission in a 337 proceeding initiated by the Unilin group on July 1, 2005. With the U.S. being a major market for Chinese exporters of flooring products, the outcome of this ITC 337 proceeding will have a huge impact on these Chinese manufacturers in the future.
