October 25, 2005 – DeHeng Chen Cban, LLC. (“DCC”) co-sponsored a seminar on U.S. Governmental Ethics Rules at its New York downtown office. The attendants included, among others, Mr. Guobao Song, Deputy Division Chief of Guangzhou Finance Bureau, Mr. Mingyong Yu, Deputy President of Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court, Mr. Fuzhong Wei, Division Chief of Legal Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipality, and the rest of the members from the Guangzhou Municipal Government delegation.
Xiaomin Chen, Esq., managing partner of DCC, lectured on the seminar on the construction, authority, and policies of municipal governments. In particular, Mr. Chen emphasized on the U.S. Federal as well as New York State governmental ethics rules and ordinances as tools to fend off and eliminate corruptions and unethical practices among governmental officers and staffs.
