February 1, 2006 – DeHeng Chen Chan (“DCC”) represented Falcon Link Investment Ltd. (“FLI”) of BVI to close a share exchange transaction with Strong Technical Inc. (“STI”), an OTCBB reporting company based in Texas. Following the consummation of the share exchange transaction, STI closed a $27.6 million placement of it’s a Convertible preferred Stock and warrants with a number of institutions.
FLI is a holding company for Henan Zhongpin Food Share Co., Ltd. (“HZP”) located in Change City, Henan Province, the People’s Republic of China.
