On May 9, 2006, Xiaomin Chen, DCC's managing partner was invited by Wenzhou Science and Technology Bureau to deliver a speech on U.S. Intellectual Property laws and trade regulations. More than 300 people attended the seminar.
Mr. Chen covered topics such as U.S. International Trade Court ("ITC") Section 337 intellectual property proceedings against imports, regular capital market operations, and general U.S. corporate laws. Mr. Chen complemented his lecture with examples from many of DCC's recent cases.
