DCC has been retained by one of the largest electrical device manufacturers in China for its capital market operations, including with no limitation setting up an offshore holding company and a wholly owned foreign enterprise ("WOFE") in China, internal re-organization, SEC filings, and private investment in public equity ("PIPE") financing in the U.S.
