December 2006 -- ( New York) DeHeng Chen Chan, LLC is pleased to welcome Paul Wang, Esq. and Chaoping (Victor) Deng, Esq. to join the firm as partners.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wang worked at Sidney Austin LLP in Chicago in its corporate and securities group. He is experienced in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other financial transactions. Mr. Wang received his J. D from School of Law in University of Chicago in 1999 and is admitted to New York bar.
Mr. Deng has extensive experience in securities matters from working as a partner of the Law Offices of Guangdong International Commerce and other international law firms. He received his LL.M from School of Law at Columbia University in 2001, and LL.M from Zhongshan University in 1996. Mr. Deng is admitted to New York bar and is a licensed attorney in P.R. China.
