January 3, 2007-- (Beijing) An anti-trust case in the Vitamin C industry took a unique turn as the plaintiffs in U. S. withdrew the case in the Eastern Federal District Court in New York today. DeHeng successfully represented Northeast Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Factory, one of the four defendants named in the anti-trust suit brought by U. S companies, Ranis and Animal Science Products. DeHeng collaborated with Greenberg Traurig in defending four major Vitamin C manufacturers in China. The defense team strategically applied related U. S. laws and evidence from discovery to force the plaintiffs to withdraw its case.
