May 22, 2007 -- (Shanghai) Xiaomin Chen, Managing Partner of DeHeng Chen Chan, LLC, and Mr. Enshun Wang, a partner at DeHeng's Shanghai office, were invited by CB Richard Ellis, the world's premier full-service real estate services company, to give a presentation on the subject of the newly enacted Chinese Property Rights Law at its 2007 U.S. Industrial Brokers Conference. The conference was held at Shanghai Le Royal Meridient Hotel between 5/21/07 and 5/25/07. Many industrial executives from China and the U.S. also attended this conference.
