August 2007 – Xiaomin Chen was invited by Xiamen Chamber of Commerce and Wenzhou City Overseas Chinese Offices to give seminars on the US trade regulations and financial laws. Hundreds of business executives and entrepreneurs attended the seminars in both Chinese coastal cities.
