October 2007 – Professor Yixin Liao, Dean of Xiamen University Law School and a well-known Chinese tax law scholar visited DCC on October 15, 2007. Professor Liao is a visiting Fullbright scholar at the University of New York Law School. Mr. Liao has advised DCC’s clients in the area of Chinese tax laws.
