January 2009 - According to the “2008 Bloomberg’s Asia-Pacific Equity IPO Legal Advisors League Table” as issued by Bloomberg News dated January 1, 2009, DeHeng was ranked as the No. 2 legal advisor in the IPO issuer rankings in China and No. 2 in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange during 2008; it was also ranked as the No. 4 legal advisor in the IPO issuer rankings in Asia (except for Japan) and No. 10 worldwide during the 3rd Quarter of 2008. DeHeng in fact is the only Chinese law firm that was ranked top 10 in IPO issuer rankings in the world. Asia Legal Business (ALB) also ranked DeHeng No. 3 in “China’s top 20 law firms.”
