April 2009 - In the China Law Awards held in Westin Shanghai on April 24, 2009, DeHeng Law Offices’ representation of China Railway Construction Corporation Ltd. (CRCC) in the latter’s IPO of A + H shares was awarded the “Project of the Year in Capital Market” by the Asia Legal Business (ALB). The foregoing project set a number of records in China’s capital market. With a total of RMB 40.747 billion Yuan raised, it was the largest IPO in Asia-Pacific region and the second largest in the world in 2008.
DeHeng Law Offices served as the issuer counsel in the foregoing project.
